It's funny because this basement-dweller's whole thing is saying how women are not expected to take any responsibility for their own behaviour or the risky situations they choose to put themselves in. Well, that, and talking about how to extract sex from "meaningless sl*ts" age 24 and under.

So now, when he is being held accountable for his own words that he himself CHOSE to make, him and his followers want to whine like little b**ches about "shaming"??

Just... LOL.

There ought to be a drinking game for each time the word "shaming" gets used.

When it comes to promoting ideas that result in harm to others, there isn't enough shaming in the world. In fact, these guys should have been shamed in their childhood and apparently were not shamed enough, which is why they think this is acceptable thinking in a civilized society. Any guy who supports this jackarse should be shamed right back to the Stone Age from whence he came.

...yes, even IF they are wrong and flawed with their ideology and ways of thought.

It two forms of "ick" colliding in this thread.
I definitely agree with you, shaming is used when people don't have anything intelligent left to say. It's pretty useless because the people doing it usually say the same things over and over.

Oh, please. The man promotes rape. How is that not shameful? Do you think we should all sit there and debate the merits of atrocity?

"Well, gee, Hitler/Pol Pot/Osama Bin Laden/Stalin/Amin was an ass, but we shouldn't shame the guy."

Do you think he's listening to you, and why should he care what you or anyone else thinks who doesn't agree with him.

It doesn't matter whether he cares or listens.... I think it is important for societies to voice their disapproval.... to call them out... to voice that it is unacceptable.

Bad things happen when societies sit idle by and let things happen. At the very least, discussions, debate, and even protesting over the topics is a healthy thing.

I don't see how shaming these guys in their childhood is any good because they probably didn't think about this as children. On the flipside they probably were shamed as children which might be why they feel the way they do. I wonder if people found out shaming didn't work would they stop?
