I am one of the weird ones who likes the "June Gloom"
This month hasn't been too bad either so far. Yay!
I think So Cal has the best weather in the country overall, my opinion only. I know your neck of the woods fairly well and I know in a couple of months or so you'll be begging for some of that June Gloom in July.
June is going to be busy. Family coming in to visit. A trip to Colorado for a wedding. Couple of events that are going to be hectic. I will be using up some of my 8 weeks of vacation coming up.
We’re at the end of our rainy season .. well except for the rain predicted for the next 4 days. lol
Summer starts the 3ed week of June, and it rarely gets to 90 or above. Our summer averages are..
June84° / 58°
July89° / 63°
August /87° / 62°

I’m more than happy to live in Michigan. I love the four seasons (especially autumn). I don’t worry about wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes, too much heat, too much cold, too many tornadoes.
Anyway, I stopped by to check in on all of you and make sure you are behaving. (Someone has to watch you, right?)
Our governess will likely open offices in a couple of weeks. I’m dreading that. If they open the offices, where are we supposed to go to scream? LMAO

Well, despite the great weather here, I've been wanting to move away from here for years now for a whole variety of reasons.
I think in another couple of weeks they are going to start opening offices back up here. I was told we can still work at home 3 or 4 days weeks moving forward. That would be nice. The office commute is only 18 miles, but it's on a busy section of the 405 parking lot, I mean freeway, and it can take 1.5 hours to drive it. Getting a break on that will be nice. I will only meet with my supervisor a day or so a week and that would be good too. We were glued at the hip for the last couple three years and I don't care for that. I'm used to sort of running myself and my own projects without a whole lot of oversight.
There are few hells worse than the 405 and the 10. I feel your pain.
From the South bay curve all the way up to the Sepulveda pass is some of the busiest freeway sections in the entire country.
