A close coworker had his dad pass away, right after his second child was born . This is a very sad situation. I have never seen him so downtrodden. I feel so sorry for the family.
I was on the road Tuesday when the news broke. Found a radio station that was playing all the Van Halen songs it was a nice way to remember. It sure caught the melancholy mood of the moment.
Planning a marriage these days for next summer is a bit painful. Lot of people want to come, but we need to send some away and ask them to attend virtually. Even if it is outdoors, I will have a lot of 50+ guests which concerns me because they are in the sensitive COVID group. It is tough, let’s see what happens.
