I like poaching eggs. Hard boiled, deviled eggs. On and on like bubba gump.

Yeah, poaching is the toughest to get right. We've pulled it off, but its easy to end up with egg drop soup.

Frittatas are the best, drop all the goodies in the pan, let it cook and put under the broiler for a second or two, depending on how runny ya like'm
