You THINK? Meaning you have never seen a therapist for it? Why would you think an untreated personality disorder makes you a healthy partner for someone?

This!

And OP, if you have social anxiety or some other issue (I don't know if your "schizoid spectrum" comment was an attempt to be lighthearted about your nervousness, or if you were serious), you can get therapy for that. You can get help with learning coping skills and social skills, and could get an evaluation, if you think it's something more serious than simply social anxiety.

Let your loneliness be the thing that finally motivates you to seek some help. People do overcome social anxiety, with professional help. Don't let yourself go through life trapped by your own mind. Your health insurance should cover this. Look into it.

Thanks everybody for the advice. I don't know if she is into me, also she is not a waitress but rather cleans the bathrooms, tables, and refills the coffee. I just have to think about what I will say.

Yeah, she always says hi to me. I showed her a tiger video the other day. She liked it and said thank you a lot. I think she may have moved to this country recently, she has a very strong accent though I can't tell if she is latin american or european.

I knew a couple who met while she was a waitress, & he went to that place every night to see her, for dinner. They ended up getting married, & stayed together till death. Maybe try & strike up a conversation with her next time, & see how it goes.

He went there to see her for dinner even though she was not having dinner with him?

This.

Don't be that guy that mistakes customer service with interest.

On a side note Panera is pretty good place to eat.
