Am wondering where OP will work if she does end up hooking up with this "grand love"-- because certainly she can't keep being an underling for her lover the big boss. Or does she think this guy will support her and she won't have to work...
Keep us updated on this perfect love affair. I like a good story!
Yes one involving young foreign girls who don’t know about work place harassment, but make a point more than once in a few posts of calling #MeToo “crap”.
Talking about "grand love" when you know a guy for a couple weeks, only in a work environment, is NOT reasonable.
There is a reason everyone says you don't date where you work, but you are young, and think it is does not apply to your situation.
I do not think you are really looking for advice, you have it in your head how you will handle it, and probably will do exactly that. Probably will not turn out well, but keep us informed.

It’s one thing if this were some easily replaced, dime-a-dozen job you could leave if you made your move and it didn’t work out. But since you say this is a dream job and it took a long time to get it, then you need to concentrate SOLELY on learning the job and doing the best you can. Otherwise you’re going to be looking for another job.

She's already pictured him as the father of her kids.

If this scenario is for real, she's not even talking about being interested in another new employee or peer on her level, which can work in some cases, she's taking about the *cofounder of the company*, which is bananas.

But there's that "beautifully born sparkle" to consider". LOL.

Something stinks.
Exactly. I like to sit back and see how it all unfolds.

I think Lost Child's screen name splains a whole lot.

It just shows that being a nice boss can be so easily misinterpreted by a daydreaming, lonely and hungry for love, immature girl.
You're going to lose that job, and learn a life lesson.
