worse not sure maybe guys. i think women have a lot of natural beauty. a famous fashion trainer once said, very few ugly women in the world, makeup diet excercise clothes and hair can make most pretty.
IMO, men. There are soo many options out there for unattractive women..hair weaves, make up, diets if a little hefty, stylish clothing..unattractive women can be hidden!! You might be get a scare once everything comes off..but she can be hidden!!
So can women. Not that there is need for it really... I'm sure there are no ugly women at the last call in the bars.

Absolutely! Poor guys don't have much of a chance at improvement and even if they do, they're likely to make things worse rather than better.
My vote would be women would have it worse. I think alot of women can overlook certain unattractive features in a man as long as he is decent. Then men with money and power, no matter how ugly, inside or out, can buy themselves a woman and a hot one at that!
Unattractive women can do work on themselves with no surgery etc...just a little fixing here n there..
