Feel good things for me include:

- taking a walk outside

- reading a good book

- taking a hot shower, getting in my comfy clothes, and then watching a funny movie

- calling a friend and going out to dinner

- hitting a happy hour with someone whose company I enjoy

- sitting in the sunshine

- digging in my garden

- baking

- spending time with kids - they always make you laugh

Depends.
easy everyday solution: glass of Mead (or shot of Capt Morgan rum), good music, candles and maybe a neat book, my cat and dog nearby.
Quick simple solution: a hot tub/bath, Bath salt or bubble bath and a 15 minute soak. ( sometimes jazz it up by adding the first one with this one when time permits).
Meditation when time permits
My biggest cure is TRAVEL. Get they H___ out of Dodge and do something different anything. Hit a hostel 50 miles away or more. Visit the biggest yarn ball out in timbucktoo. Just get out take a friend or go by yourself. I like going to renaissance faires, camping with a friend, visiting friends, finding places that allow a person to dig, poke prod for gems or stones... love dryish river/creek beds.
Lat but not least gardening even in pots, love to get those half dying plants for 50 cents or so and see if I keep it alive and let ir grow up. Oddly I do and they do and I have lots of plants.

another idea would be to get a couple of good friends together and head downtown or someplace nearby and play tourist! See the sights and tell folks your from out of town. How they heck will they know unless you live in a very small town.

Another thing that makes me feel better is a drive in the country. No planned route, just driving through the fields and towns under the sky. It's very peaceful.

Today is my son's birthday and we had a nice day together...went to the park, had a picnic and planted some flowers. Tonight we had a little family birthday party for him and he loved all the cake, ice cream and presents...he is a cutie!
