I eat chocolate, chips,Burger King,McDonalds, junk food, steak, soda, cuban coffee, smoke cigs.......go figuire. She says well yours is low because you are a young man,I said doc,I'm 42,she looked at the chart and said oh,you are.

Hmmm, could be genetics, could be I try to lead a stress free life or maybe because I think about sex alot bahaha!!!!!

Default Things You Do to Make Yourself Happy

The title of the thread tells all. What things do you do to perk yourself up when you're feeling depressed, or have just had a bad day?

I'll usually work on something. It makes me feel productive and useful. Watching or reading something funny also helps a lot.

I sit down with a glass of wine and ask my 8 yr old to tell me ALL about his day, then I sit back. I listen to him prattle on in that little 8-yr-old way of his and the whole world seems better.

Look at the world through the eyes of an 8 yr old.

Usually I'll read, go out with friends, or annoy people on CD. However, none of that is working today, so I thought I'd see what others do.

I skipped out of work early, taking tomorrow off. All is good. Except have to take the FIL out for his b-day dinner tonight. I already posted about what a challenge he can be.
