I don't think all of these threads are worthless. There are many legitimate differences between the lifestyles of various races and nationalities that can be serious pitfalls in the context of relationships and they certainly need to be discussed. Only "who likes whom" threads are pointless IMO, but just because I find them pointless doesn't mean they're not arbitrary subjects.
