No doubt plenty are in it for the money. I have always preferred older men. I never really associated their age with success until recently. And even now it is a matter of having the whole package. I'd never date for success alone.
I dated an older man just to see what it was like because at first I thought him too old for him. There is not enough money in the world that could have kept me in that relationship, he drove me frickin nuts.
Patience...Experience and the Knowledge of a Slower, Gradual, Guided Pace might have it's advantages...AND be wanted.,,but to boil it down...It's mental... if sparks fly with the personality and interchange the end result is total. Physical and Mental...
Might you be an older man with a 20 year younger woman? Wondering about her motives? Knowing that your own motives might be less than pure karma love, and wondering if hers are as well?
I'd say 68.43% of these woman are in it for financial gain.....but I don't have any real research to back it up. As for me and my woman.....we are basically the same age, only one month apart.
We met five years ago in Perth. The English operate from a different set of rules...much wiser ones.
The biggest issue for me was my aging and her accepting the promise that she could go on with her life when mine became a discomfort to her.
These years have been remarkable. Full of love, life and excitement.
After my first wife died (1985), I didn't not expect to find a common partner or anyone for fullfillment.
We, here in America, consider older folks to be worthless and disposable. That is very foolish.
And as for money? She had hers and still keeps it overseas...I have mine/ours...will certainly not need it eventually and she will.
Karma? It's like most things...what a person makes of it.
She likes to have those little chats, face to face..breath to breath in the most intimate position...We had one of those tonight. Next time, I'll ask about her motives...
You are absolutely correct when you say that Americans do not cherish the aged generation. This is a sad aspect of americans. There are many foreign countries that honor and respect the elderly. Glad you found happiness Mr. Kennedy!
