It was hard for me to pick one outstanding thing about someones appearance. I like a lot of things going on at once LOL I like their eyes, their teeth, body, butt, hair, how they carry themselves, how they speak, etc..

Honestly for me its how they carry their self at first. I have a thing for shy females.....IDK its like a challenge for me because I could be quite shy too. Then after that I like a woman with beautiful eyes and smile.
What are you attracted to when you first see a person?
It depends on when and how I first see them and in what context. If I walk into Starbucks and notice a woman in front of me, I may not see her face but I can notice and definitely be attracted by - her hair, her butt, her shoulders/back if she's wearing her workout gear. If I see a woman sitting down at a restaurant, I may just notice her smile, her hair, her eyes.
Different people may have different styles and certain physical characteristics that you first find attractive that others may not have. When I saw that Pixie chick from LA Ink the first thing I noticed on her were her shorts and bright pink stockings that she was wearing. Next I noticed 1950s "cat" glasses before I realized it was her.
Again, it depends on the person, their unique features, where/how I see them etc. If at the beach or gym, I'll probably notice her body first, if at a wedding or formal occasion, I'll probably notice her hair and face, and if she has big green eyes, or warm smile, I'll notice that as well. Just depends on the person and not me.
OP is either a chick, gay dude or wanting to make some type of point or "moral of this thread is.....????" because they obviously and purposely avoided and left off the most important parts of physical attraction (boobs and butt). I mean, lets be honest, read through all of those other things listed and to NOT include butt or boobs is just ridiculous.
I'd say overall size (which includes broad shoulders.)
Or the truck they're driving (diesels get me excited...regardless of what the driver looks like. )
