What if your spouse had a chance for a one night stand with the absolute knock-out person of their dreams. Porn star, movie celebrity, whatever.
Would you say "Sure, Honey, go for it. You only live once, very few people will ever have this kind of a chance, it's my gift to you."
Or would you refuse?
Um, since I don't own anyone, he is free to do as he pleases. However, I will not give my blessing for such an indiscretion and oh yes, there will be h*ll to pay!
Why be married? As others have said, it's not a matter of "letting" someone do anything. It's just a matter of knowing your own boundaries. It would change the entire texture of the marriage for me; I know it would even if I swore that it wouldn't. I wouldn't feel special anymore; I wouldn't feel loved or cherished, any of that. Because my (imaginary) spouse would know that this would hurt me terribly, but he was willing to do it, anyway?
I'll be to busy "rocking her world". She will not want "it" from anyone else.
