B. I like tats, and some of them are just beautiful. I can appreciate a set of full sleeves or whatever, but I prefer just a few on my guy. My husband has two.
"B" for a significant other. I appreciate "A" and like to look at the tatts (assuming they are decent quality), but too many tatts can be hard to cover when necessary. My guy and I are sometimes in certain social settings where I prefer them covered.
I have 2; my guy has one, and he is saving up for a backpiece.
Here's the thing with tattoos. I meet and know so many people who get tattoos just to have them. If I meet a guy with a tattoo that has meaning to him - deep meaning, not just oh hellll yessssss this tat reminds me of that SICK weekend in vegas where I puked two gallons of vodka and then tried to pick up some hookers with my buddies - then it's all cool. However, I've never liked the obnoxious tattoos that scream "LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME!" Yes, I am talking about you with the giant tattoo of a panther clawing his way out of your back.
I will admit that I give artists (visual art, music, etc.) more leeway with tattoos for completely stereotypical reasons. If a singer wants to be covered in tattoos, then go for it. If a lawyer wants to get teardrops tattooed on his face, then that's when my eyes start rolling. Sure, my friend, see how those partners at your law firm react to that.
Anyways, to sum up my thought: it depends on the person.
^^ Yikes! I have my right arm, from top of shoulder to midway to my elbow done. I had it all done by the time I graduated high school (2002) and haven't got another since. But, I do not regret any of them and I do have a professional job.

You can cover that up easily with a shirt though. A shirt with the sleeves rolled up would be fine (and yummy. . . sorry, I have a thing for rolled-up sleeves lol). I doubt you wear muscle shirts to your job.

Lol, no but I do pull a touch of douch-baggery though. I have my dress shirts custom tailored so they fit a bit more snug. I hate, absolutely hate how most dress shirts fit. They are loose, baggy, and I just do not like how they normally fit.
If I ever get chubby I will have to switch right back to the loose ones though!
