What would you think if a person never went to bars?
That they have something better to do perhaps ? That not everyone likes going to bars ? That not everyone has to go to bars ???? That they have a life ?
I don't go to bars. I don't drink alcohol , and bars are usually way too loud for me. I quite like pubs but basically anywhere noisy becomes anti-social to me as I hate having to shout.
Oddly enough I still manage to have a full life... I go to the theatre every week, the movies, Jazz concerts, Opera, Rock gigs, eat out at restaurants, visit friends, Art galleries, Museums, enjoy Architecture and Historical sites, etc.. I volunteer for various charities and generally enjoy my life. Bars don't really feature in my life much at all. Never had even when I was in my late teens /early 20s.
Different strokes for different people. I will never understand why people don't like the theatre or Opera but I don't really expect everyone to be like me.
I've never been to a bar/club in my 27 years of existence; don't plan on it either. There's something about bars and clubs that give people a license to act like fools.
I would think that they don't drink, or don't like being around other people.
Of course, you can get Cokes there, that's what I have done--but if the place gets too many people in it (subjectively), I won't stick around. I just don't like being around other people.

I say to each his own. I rarely spend time in a bar but once in a while we'll get together with friends and try a new place. I'm not a big fan though, they are usually smoke-filled, too many people, waste of money, etc... but I'm not a complete snob, I will go if friends ask, just not all the time. Maybe every few months.
Not all bars are equal. One of them I go to here in town is part of an old cotton warehouse, with pop art all over the place, skee ball machines, great beer selection, free dum-dums.. it just seems to draw interesting people, and I like going there.
Others are varying degrees of tolerable, acceptable, or awful. Some chicks love classy foo foo places like martini bars, I can deal with that. People who go to dance clubs and lounges generally aren't my type of folks, though. Honky tonks on the side of the highway, by the air force base? Not my favorite.
So I wouldn't say that people who don't go to bars are "weird", no.

That it wasn't their thing.
Actually, I (perhaps irrationally, but oh, well) feel that people who do frequent bars regularly still need to grow up and I find them unattractive.
