No, but I think I'm banned from all public libraries in the county. I swear I wanted to jump over that counter and slap this wench.
I mailed in my registration for new auto tags over a month ago and the check hadn't cleared through so I called them. He said they did receive it weeks ago but I probably won't get my tags until the second week in March - the plates expire March 1...so he cranked me up.
Then I had to pick up a prescription that cost $80. Cash being tight for a week I knew I had $20 on a library card to use for printing and copying I put on there when I was doing a project and the dog had chewed my printer cord in half. So, I didn't need the money on there - I needed it for the prescription. So, I go in to get the money refunded and you thought I was committing a felony. I explained my case to the librarian and this beosh wants to argue with me that I can't have it and I told her it wasn't
her money and if she couldn't help me then call someone who can. She finally relented with under the breath comments like "I hope I don't lose my job over this." I said, "I gave you the option of calling someone to clear it." as I was walking out of the door she had to get one last dig in and say, "You'll never be able to do this again" really snotty and I turned right around and went back to the counter (probably scared the hell out of her) and I said, "Did that make you feel better? Well did it? Look beosh (and don't think the other nasty name wasn't on the tip of my toungue) you think this is a pleasure cruise and I'm not humilated enough to have to come in here and do this - after that remark I hope you do lose your f-ing job!"

Oh she said a lot more than what I just posted and it was as nasty as nasty gets. I was pleasant enough at first then she copped and attitude with me, which is why I said, "if you can't help me can you get someone who can." A war a words isn't physical violence. I was a customer as far as I was concerned and some of the things she said to me were way out of line. What I said didn't even come close to it. One of those situations where you had to be there to appreciate it.

Thursday, you just needed a henchman to do your job I'd have gotten that cash from the library in your stead
