Reading some dating questions over the years on forums like this one, I have decided to start a thread listing on what not to do if you want to meet and keep a date or a lover. This is just for fun, so don't get upset or naggy!.

1. When she gives her order to the waiter, don't ask for the same thing (drink, entree, appetizer, dessert, extra mushrooms) thinking that she will think it is romantic. It isn't.

2. If you meet a fine stranger, but he/she keeps backing up and looking away during your conversation, please say 'good day' and walk away. That is a subtle clue that they want to be anywhere but there with you.

3. Only 'holla' at a woman if she is dressed half-naked on the corner of (enter street name) at midnight. The woman walking her dog in the park in daytime is not a prostitute.

Post Away!

What if he likes extra mushrooms too? I think it's weird to not order something just because the other person did. So you like the same food ... seems like a good thing to me. There were one or two threads recently from people who thought not having similar tastes was a dealbreaker.

Don't waste your food that the guy is paying for. If you can't finish it at least humor him and put it in a box to take it home. Throw it out later if you want to but that pisses more guys off than most women know!

Having similar tastes is one thing, but ordering the exact items to please another person is odd. To me it seems unoriginal and kind of like sucking up.

HA! I always ask for a to go box because I can never finish all my food. I do plan on eating it when I get home but I never do lol and he notices, so now when I ask for a box he tells me "It's not like your going to eat it later" LOL

if the girl says she has a boyfriend, just stop trying already, if she finds a fake boyfriend to point at and then hold hand with, MOVE ALONG....she is NOT playing hard to get, she wants you to go away....her friends should not have to get you carried out the front door, and you really have no right to scream at her after she told you to go away alllllll night! Lol...sorry, bad night?last night.....
