When I was towed I was already using the garage as a parking spot for 2 months. When they implemented the new rules I was already using the garage.

After they created the new rules every spot in the parking lot was assigned. There is no longer any unassigned spots. So the agreement they originally signed was impossible to abide by.

They eliminated every unassigned spot so it was impossible for a spot to be available. The most dishonest management I have ever had to deal with.

Was the towed vehicle in an assigned parking spot?

The issue I see is the contract you posted, mentions "if available" regarding parking in unassigned spots.

Are there ANY unassigned spots in the lot?
No, no unassigned spots in the entire lot.

No dishonesty the dude. I am simply giving a better explanation. Also I found my complete lease which turned out to be 6 months and not 1 year so half of my complaint was no longer relevent.

So! Park where You are to Park!

When a place here is Not marked its for Visitors! When Tenants park in them then Visitors have no place to park! Some people were complaining about tenants with 2+ cars were taking all the spaces So NOW we cant park but in Assigned spaces or get towed! At least you HAVE a Garage you can use!
