You have to be extra good when on probation

All the hyperbole - referring to her as a grandmother, stating the number of grandkids she has, the age difference between her and her "co-conspirator" . . . I mean - really.

A COUPLE had sex in what was considered a public place and because she had already received citations previously, she got in big trouble for her behavior. What about the guy? And why is this "news?"

This is what I call "purulent news" - oozing with disgusting, over-the-top insinutations and hyperbole, which if they were not included, would prove this is a non-story about 2 people having sexual intercourse, a very common occurrence, indeed.

Wow, 10 women for every man? According to the article at the link, women throw themselves at the men, and there are wild parties and orgies? Hmmm. Have never considered moving to Florida for retirement, but perhaps I should reconsider and investigate this place? Naw, after second thoughts, that lifestyle is just not me. I am just an old fashioned straight arrow one-woman-at-a-time guy. However, The Villages might be fun for a short vacation, wonder if they have short time rentals for visitors considering a move there?

Hey, I live here, right next door rather.

This place is huge. You can drive for half an hour or more in any direction. It's the largest retirement community and the fastest growing one in the country, probably the world and takes up part of three counties. Can anyone say free golf!

Actually the most recent statistics came out and surprisingly for a senior community there are more men than women. It costs twice as much for a house in order to get that free golf so most are couples. Not many single women can afford it.

Everyplace is packed, endless banks, businesses, restaurants, and entertinment venues. Over 1000 special interest clubs. Great place if you want to make your living as a musician or doctor. Or you don't want to retire to boredom.

Yes, houses can be rented for an avg of $4,000 a month in season. The Villages has a week long look-see stay for around a $1,000 I believe.

Cheating on her husband did not get her jail, having sex in public did. Her husband is an idiot for standing by her after all this. I guess old people do not slow down.

I'll never look at those retirement communities in the same way after this thread.

And I'll chuckle every time I hear "active" community.

Senior swingers...lol

There are laws against public sex. There are probably still adultery laws on the books that are unenforced.

I don't see why they don't just take their activities behind closed doors.
I should've sold my question to Jay Leno.
