Around 1:30 a.m. I read for a while, then sack out around 2:30 - 3.

I probably fall asleep about 1 or so. I set the tv timer and read on my ipad and usually fall asleep before the tv goes off.

62.5 years old. I usually am in bed by 10:30 sometimes earlier. I love to read so read for anywhere from 20 minutes- 2 hours. Wake up around 6 for work. Now that the sun comes up later I might sleep longer. My job is flexible so I can start when I want.

3:00 AM is early for me! I know I'm going to bed late when the sun has come up and the school buses start rolling by! Last night was a Netflix Iron Fist Festival. "I'll go to be right after one more episode!"
