My number 1 bad habit is procrastination. It's getting worse. I have been putting off something for almost a week. It's not life or death stuff. It's just stuff around here that needs being done and gets worse when I don't do them.

Any one out there have something like that going on? If you do and you got over it, how did you do it?

I have my computer remind me every day, sometimes several times a day, until I get so tired of being reminded I just finally get it done.

OMG - I am a big time procrastinator!! But then i tell myself that i always manage to get things done, so that must be good - right?

But now that i am older, i don't want to leave this earth with a lot of things left for others to do.

Today i culled one desk drawer.

That is what i do now - one small task a day and get it done.

Maybe we just have a better sense of timing than others that get all worked up and have to get things done right away??

I'm rarely late for appointments.

I'm slipping back into this (late for appointments). I don't understand why I think I have more time to get somewhere than I actually have. I seem to always wait till the last minute for everything. I don't like it, get angry with myself, but so far I have not changed.

I'm a hugh procrastinator. I made a "to do" list when I retired in 2006. I still haven't done any of the things on the list. Why? Because I really don't want to. I'm aware of my problem and I'm not trying to change. At least I take care of all the things I REALLY have to do.

That is a possibility. The only places I have appointments with are eye doctors' offices and I've been going to a lot of eye appointments. Just sick of it. The problems are not going to go away. The appointments are to keep track of the problems and make sure they are not getting worse. I've felt resentful that this has happened and feel guilty about that since I know it could be so much worse. But I see the road travel I have been looking forward to will probably not happen.
