You must be up Sedona way, then. I’m afraid I couldn’t afford what I wanted in that area. Kudos to you for finding a great place to live!

Nope. I'm about 15 miles northwest of Albuquerque. There is a world of difference between NM and AZ, largely due to the elevation and small population in NM. Home prices are reasonable and the climate is probably the best four season climate in the country. We get a little snow on occasion. June is the hottest month and we will hit 98 next week with single digit humidity. Monsoon here (July) means you will likely see rain every day but usually not get wet.

Ah, thanks. When I did the financial analysis (for me), NM wasn’t as advantageous as AZ.
