They are out there but they invariably have ridiculous requirements.

Here's one that pays 5% APY on balances up to $10,000. Looks good? Now see what you have to do to get it.

6 month & 3 month T-Bills are paying 5% with none of those hassles, easy enough to build a ladder that reinvests.
