You can buy a small case that holds a couple injection pens and has little ice packs you freeze then put in the case to travel. They are TSA-compliant. Check on Amazon.
There's a temperature you need to always keep your medicine below if you're going to use it within a week or 2 -- usually no more than 85 degrees F, but optimally Diabetes injections should be refrigerated between 36 degrees F and 40 degrees F.
Always travel with your meds in your carry-on, and never in any checked luggage, and include the Rx package label in case TSA needs to see it.
Sometimes I have to travel with my Taltz shot. I had a medical card that went inside a small insulated bag, that I put ice packs in.
Most hotels have a fridge, so I would put it there when I arrived.
