Taylor Swift's properties are a magnet for strange men with unrealistic and unnerving expectations ... and the latest one was nabbed early Wednesday morning outside her Rhode Island home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man was busted trying to enter the gate of Swift's mansion in Westerly, RI. We're told he did not have any weapons on him, and cops took him to a hospital for mental evaluation.
Not one word about RI on Jimmy Fallon or Seth Meyers.
No surprise. Rhode island celebs want privacy in a beautiful setting. It's not a state the shiny Kardashians would gravitate to. In Jamestown they lay low & keep to themselves even using aliases about town when practical. Most of us understand & respect their needs. Resident senator Jack Reed on the other hand, gets no such deference.

In Martha's Vineyard they don't have to use aliases, because people are just so "used" to seeing celebrities out and about and it's nothing at all "special" to them (maybe Watch Hill is like that as well?). They know how to handle themselves around the like. A place like Jamestown inhabited by more ordinary folks, well yeah they may want to keep a lower profile...
