I have to admit I got mine a few weeks back. I filed in February. Good luck.

I too am thinking about not letting them take withholding soon, and just pay at the end of the fiscal year.

Bye!

Although I really must respond to your posting. To make such an assumption you must also consider the all the other factors.

I agree with the fact that it sucks that there is a delay in our tax returns. I disagree that California sucks in general, but I am ecstatic that you have taken the initiative to leave CA, since it makes you soooo unhappy to be surrounded by diversity. Unlike most of my friends (who happen to be Latino) who completely disagree with individuals like yourself who speak completely out of ignorance. They spend so much of their energy trying to change the minds of people like you. Honestly, I wish there was more people like you. People who would just pick up and leave when they found something they did not feel comfortable with. You like everyone in California (Latinos included) are simply “in the pursuit of happiness” overall I do hope you find it where ever it is you decide to move to. Although I would suggest you prepare yourself, I doubt you will be able to find a place where only English is spoken and everyone looks the same. Unless you decided to take it to the motherland (if you are an "American") you would be taking a longer trip, Europe isn’t close. You might be unhappy in Oregon also I am sorry to report that minorities (Latino, African American, Asian) are fast growing in number there.
