My parents are looking to relocate to the midtown area from southern california and are interested in buying one of the Washington Park Village units on 17th street that they are framing right now. I live in Sacramento and am a little concerned about the safety of the surrounding neighborhood. Now that you've moved into your condo, how are you liking the surrounding area? Would you recommend it? Have you had any problems? Thank you for any insight you can provide!
