Between Logan and Provo there ar a total of 16 Cafe Rio's. BTW, Cafe Rio and Taco Time are mexican, not burgers.

Don't laugh at me but I miss having Jack and the Box here in Utah. I really liked their crunchy taco's. They pulled out back in the 80's from here when there was a law suit pending due to the death of a boy from having eaten one of their hamburgers which happened to have been tainted from the distributor of the meat. To avoid further lawsuits they just pulled out of the State. Wish they'd return. There were all over California when I lived there.

The Culvers is expected to open in January in Midvale. I don't have the exact street address, but we are speaking to them regarding their security system. They have 3 other locations in the greater Salt Lake City area planned for the next few years. Sure hope one comes out to The District or in that area. They will make a killing (and likely all but kill In N. Out).

I doubt that it would kill In N Out as they are so different in many ways.

I also don't think Culvers will kill In-n-Out but I wonder with all these new burger chains coming into the area, how long mom/pop stores are going to last. Even established places like Tony's, Crown, Apollo etc have to be feeling the crunch from all the new competition. There is only so much money in the restaurant market
