Contact Jeff at 378-0796. He is the Scout Master for Troop 329. They are the ones who pick up the cans on the first Saturday of each month.

Of course, the HOA could go around and spray the weeds/grass along the sidewalks/streets.

At least we could actually see where some of OUR $1.1million is going. Seriously, homeowners should have the pride to take care of such things but not all will do so.

Yesterday evening I drove into Westcreek from Talley and noticed a guy pulling weeds from both sides of Westcreek View. By the looks of things he had been out there for some time and he will continue to be out there due to all the weeds. Like I have said previously if the weeds go to seed then they will be back to square one. Maybe Job Security?

Prior to enterning Westcreek I saw several signs on Talley that were tagged with "BK". There were also a couple of taggings on the fences down Westcreek View. Has anyone observed the same "BK" in other areas of Westcreek?

Default Hoa and board of directors

It is critical that everyone that lives in the villages of westcreek start attending the board meetings which are held every 3rd thursday @ 6:00pm. Come on thursday 9/17 and you will see how poorly the hoa and the board are handling issues or should i say do nothing about them.

I too had no idea what was going on until i attended last month.

Hope you will invest some time and come.

Had no idea about these URLs...the westcreekhomeownersforachange.com is very sparse but I'd very much like the idea!!! I have posted some of those same CC&R paragraphs on this website.

Maybe we need to get reminders posted on this site a day or two before the meetings. Several of us check this site regularly and kick around some good ideas here.

Keep posting what you can on here and let other residents know about this site as well!

Anyone know what was going on at the corner of Barkston and Saxonhill around 11am-12 today? There was an ambulance and three police cars. Just hoping everyone is ok.
