UrbanSpoon lists it as closed, but their own website still shows it as a location (Other locations are in Mexico)

It never ceases to amaze me that some businesses don't consider the importance of location. It can be as simple as easy access to the business, but if it's not convenient for a customer to get to the place, the business can be doomed.

Maybe the rent is much cheaper for those places you consider less than optimal?

No landlord wants to have an empty space that isn't producing income. There are enough businesses in this town that somebody is bound to be interested in the cheaper ones

I wonder how cheap the rent is for the space next to Hardberger Park. The one that's had a sign up for 8 months that a BBQ restaurant is "opening soon."

Now that both Gourmet Burger Grill locations are gone, are there any restaurants in town that could serve ahi tuna burger? Or just plain ahi tuna steak?
