I have been reviewing this thread for a while and alot of really good info here, just wondering though. What happened to the Costco that was supposed to be built in the area of 1604 and Potranco/Culebra?

That entire development is on hold primarily due to the economy. Last I heard, that property is for sale...looking for investors/companies.

Thanks for the info, but that is sad, a Costco on this side of town would have made a killing. Maybe things will start back up when the 211 project goes through in 2012. Any idea on what the roads that are being built right now, between Grosenbacher and Talley are going to.

There's a sign for Momentum Physical Therapy going in behind Jack in the Box. A real professional business. Thanks God it's not another cash box or nail salon!

Great PT company! I used them for several months mostly over in the med center. They opened one that I moved over to just over a year ago on Culebra just inside 1604...beside the best burgers around (Krystal). They also have a location in Helotes.
