Lonestar and Alamo Ranch Pkwy
I noticed yesterday that there appears to be a camera mounted on/by the stop sign at Lonestar Blvd and Alamo Ranch Pkwy. Does anyone know what that is all about? I'm guessing maybe count of the cars for a possible stop light for when Hwy 151 comes across 1604??? Anybody know?

I wonder the same thing; they are definitely not radar/speed cameras.
There's one on each side of AR Parkway (east/west) pointing diagonally across the intersections. The westbound camera is mounted on the southwest corner of the ARP/Lone Star intersection, pointing Northeast. The eastbound camera is mounted on the northeast corner of the ARP/Lone Star intersection, pointing southwest.

Sam's to Alamo Ranch?
OK, I know this is an age old rumor but I just heard again that a Sam's Club is coming to Alamo Ranch somewhere around the new theater. The part about "around the new theater" is new. So, I just thought I would ask if anyone else has heard this rumor? I have so hoped for a Costco at Wiseman and 1604...I'm just saying.

I noticed the same thing a few weeks ago at Potranco & 1604, cameras on all lanes and all directions on the traffic light poles.
To be fair, they may have been there all along and my wife and I just finally noticed them.

That's a Shell on 151/Potranco right? That's the new area with McDonald's and Gold's gym. I think that building is the McDonald's.
I don't know what is going up in front of that hotel. I'm assuming another fast food place.
