Again, Beverly Hills has pawn shops.

Btw, this is the place: http://i.imgur.com/d1eoLCJ.png

Aside from the word pawn, the building doesn't cheapen the image of the area. I believe you're making a mountain out of a mole hill.

wooohooo they finally out up the Golds gym sign on culebra/1604. Can't wait to use my employee discount for membership. What's the difference between gold level and ruby level membership?? this location will be ruby level. I'll be using it from time to time for workouts, but mainly to take our lil one to swim (and yes it will have a swimming pool). Do you think they will offer to 'waive' any one time joining fees or incentive (can't remember the exact terminology) just to gain a lot of people for signing up???

they have tiered pricing packages, (black, platinum, ruby, gold)...gold being the lowest. really it's just the amenities that you get. the gold tier won't have near the amenities that the black tier will. black and platinum tiers are more or less the old spectrum gyms.

Are you sure you want to do that??? The pools at Golds locations are usually loaded with chemicals that chew through bathing suits like they are nothing, not to mention I've seen a few that are just downright nasty...wouldn't let my dog swim in them. Be careful.

It's the only city in the country with any sort of "levels"... other locations are all base "gold" level..even the "mecca" in Venice.

I received an invite too. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of people getting this email. May be too crowded to go so, I probably will wait until the "running of the bulls" dies down and pay for a meal at a later date.
