I haven't read all the posts, so forgove me if I repeat what others have said...

Are your daughters on allergy meds? I have asthma, which is very well-controlled, but when my allergies act up my asthma acts up. In the other places we've lived, I always needed extra asthma meds during allergy season. Well, I guess here, all year is allergy season, so I've been taking my allergy meds every day and I've had no breathing problems.
So I just wanted to see if you had your daughters' allergies under control. Good luck!

There appears to be only a few licensed raw milk sources (Sand Creek Farms and Stryker Farms) per this article:

Texas
Raw milk sales are legal. Sales must be on the farm and can only be directly to the consumer. Farmers must obtain a Grade A Raw for Retail Milk Permit from the state Department of Health. Licensees can sell milk products such as raw cream and raw yogurt as well. There are currently 13 retail raw milk licensees: 11 selling raw goat milk and raw goat milk products, and two selling raw cow milk (Sand Creek Farms and Stryk Farms).

Raw goat milk producers can also obtain an animal feed license. They get the license from the Texas Feed and Fertilizer Service, a branch of the Office of the State Chemist. Goat milk producers with an animal feed license must have their products contain a label with the statement "For Animal Feed Only." In addition, all raw goat milk products for animal feed must contain a blue dye.

I'm very sorry to hear this. We moved here last June and have had wonderful treatment from Dr. Lee Kirchner. He is a pediatric pulmonologist at 1604 and Paesano's Parkway. I must admit that he is aggressive in his treatment, so my son is on lots of meds, but the asthma is under control. Like your daughter, my son's asthma flares up most when he is sick with something else. Since we're new to town, I hope my son isn't headed down the same path as your girls. Time will tell. Good luck.

Betsy

Really? I guess people from Florida won't agree on that.
