I don't think it would be wise to argue this point with the police issuing the ticket.
I guess I should elaborate. You are going down the road with a passenger and you still get pulled over and cop said "oh...sorry I thought you were going solo down HOV but your windows were too dark to confirm". Could be a honest mistake on his part or he is just throwing a BS reason for pulling you over in the first place.

That was my point.

I guess that would be up to the cops discretion, but yeah that is BS. He should just give you ticket for having "too dark tint"...and if you ALSO happen to be driving alone, then I guess you could get another ticket.

Like many things in life about other people, I guess we will never know the answer to your comment.

In any case, I wasted too much time putting in my two cents on this. I rarely ever drive in the area where the HOV lanes are.

That’s because SA has never had HOV lanes like the more sophisticated cities and also the mentality of the uneducated class just don’t care. It is a mind set that needs to change.

Wow, so three total posts, and two are slamming San Antonio as uneducated, and blue collar.

One of the biggest positives with all of our delayed construction projects is once complete, all construction projects will be toll-free. I would have loved for the freeways to be built 10 years ago with tolls but it wasn’t up to me.

Projects to be completed in the next 10 years:

US 281 will be 6 or 8 lanes depending on the section from 1604 to the Comal County line.
IH-10 will be a 6 lanes from 410 to the 130 east of Seguin on the eastside.
IH-35 will be 8 or 10 lanes from 410 FM 1103.
1604 will be 10 lanes from Bandera to IH-35 North.
151 will be 3 lanes from 410 to 1604.
US 90 will be expanded to 6 lanes from 410 to 211.

I use coconut body wash myself once in a while. Some people are just too demanding.
