Meaning: "A traffic lane reserved for buses or vehicles with several occupants, typically marked with large diamond shapes on the pavement."

I've seen how they think that the HOV lane means you can drive as fast as you want. It's not the autobahn, morons.

Yeah....that too. I can't wait until the cops start making examples out of people and start issuing $500 tickets.

Does city of SA still have those semi unmarked police cars for traffic enforcement? It seems like I haven't seen one in a while.

Not near as much as they used to. It's been awhile since I've seen any of them pulling over someone. In fact, I haven't seen regular patrol units on the roads enforcing traffic. Probably too busy trying to control the gang bangers and other idiots that have flooded this town.

HOV lanes are new to the city and 20% of the city needs help reading so give them some time.

Soon they will do like Houston where they bust people with blowup dolls as a “second” occupant.

The ridiculous part is that they claim they will enforce 24/7. The restrictions should only be during rush hour. I’ve only used it once and yes I had someone else in the car.
