Whole Foods @ Quarry sells gDiapers & refill liners.

BumGenius 3.0 are great (all in one/pocket diaper) but they do take forever to dry

Babies R Us/ Toys R Us only have packs of Gerber cloth diapers and packs of doublers.

I'm sorry you just can't compare a product from 30 years ago to a modren product. If you haven't seen the way cloth diapering has changed you really should check out Eden's Baby you will be amazed at the difference. Also one thing people always forget is when buying disposables you have to also consider all the water, energy, fuel, packaging... that goes into just getting those diapers to you. There is no way you can compare cloth with disposable; cloth will always win hands down. Plus front loaders use only 14 gallons to do a load of laundry most toilets flushing once almost use that much! If you still can't get yourself into cloth their are G diapers a cross between cloth and disposable that fully degrades in as little as 150 days compared to disposables 500+ years you can't beat it.

I am such a fan of cloth because they saved my sons bum. He had a horrible rash for 2 months and we were in and out of the doctor only getting more medicine to try. In the end he had bleeding sores. They were gone within 1 week and have never been back since we made the switch to cloth.
