Maybe you're talking about The Village at Stone Oak.

I see this area being develop everyday, and I can't wait to see more! I spoke to the sales people from Cibolo Canyons http://www.cibolocanyons.com, and they said that the other side of 281 will be called Cibolo Canyon Parkway which will lead to the proposed JW Marriott Resort and the new LBJ High scheduled to open Aug 2008 on the corner of Bulverde Rd and Cibolo Canyon Pkwy.

I believe it'll be the extended Stone Oak Parkway )from 281 to Bulverde) and then once it hits Bulverde it will become what it is now, Cibolo Canyon Blvd.
