Concrete guy on Craigslist Advertises $5.00/square Foot
Has anybody used the guy on craigslist that advertises conrete work for 5.00 a square foot? To me it seems awfully chaep but he claims he has good references and has nice pics of his work. Hedoesn't have a name or a company but his price is clearly advertised. I have emailed him and he answered back saying that he's from Claifornia nd is trying to establish himself here. If you've looked for concrete guys on craigslist you've seen his add. I'm curiuos if anyone has used him.

You could try asking if you could speak to any of his previous customers (or see the work the work for yourself). If you do use him, make sure to update this thread!

wasn't there someone posting on here that fits that description? Do a search on concrete and you might find him. I know there was someone that was looking into opening a concrete business here and was soliciting opinions on here. I don't know if he was from California or not, but I think he was.

wait, what's the big deal? $5 isn't even a good price. i just did a big patio for $4 per foot, and it was rather complex. probably would've been cheaper if it was a plain rectangle.

I was thinking the same thing.
We are do it yourselfers at my house. We did a 20x20 patio for the cost of concrete, $350.

are you also do it for otherpostersonCDSA?
I'd love a patio, but not all the work that goes along with it and definitely don't have pay someone else to do it money right now.

ahhh yes, luckily my husband has some good friends and they came over and helped finish it out. It really is a lot of work.
I guess I should have added the extra fifty that I spent on bbq and beer.

Oh my now that's a better price. What's the guy's name or number. I would greatly appreciate any information. Does he pour concrete in the culebra/1604 area?
