Jim's @ Bandera/410. Went there about 2:00 for a late lunch. Sat at counter for about 10 minutes, no waiter/waitress. A few minutes later a woman came in and sat at the counter. A waiter approached her almost immediately. I got up and left. Poor service at Jim's is getting to be the norm lately.

Default Impressed at "CHUCKY'S"/Callaghan Rd.

My Dinner Companion and I were impressed by the amout of food that the server brought to us.She ordered the Avocado Burger and I had the "TEXAS KICKER" with cheese. She really enjoyed hers because it was made to her liking and was able to take some home.Mine was very tasty with cheese, jalapenos,Toasted buns, well done 1/3 pound patti on buttered Texas toast. We shared a full order of Onion Rings.Everything turned out very good, and of course, with beautiful company,it makes it all that much more enjoyable.

Bolner's Meat Market. Had the rib plate for lunch. The beef rib was the size of a small brick! I didn't need a knife, the meat separated from the bone using a fork. The side orders well portioned. Definitely will be back.
