Completely speculation - but it looks like they're putting a Rec Center or some type of large building over by the pool and playground. Anyone know what's going on? Like to see the HOA/POA fees going to something cool - but some communication would be nice!

Ohhhh....thanks - that makes sense, as the concrete slab is about the size of a few courts. Shows you how often I go over there - I thought there was already tennis courts...

Yes, we too live within Lookout Canyon and had no idea what was going on. We called the HOA and can you believe they could not tell me what was going in!!!!!!!!

Was this voted on? I called the poa when they started clearing the space and no one knew what was going on. They were to call me back with an answer and never did. Not that I am against the tennis courts (because I am not) just curious as to how it was decided that this is what was needed and why the poa (who is responsible for the area) had no idea about what it was.
