Vintage Reserve is a very nice area and a place that was very high on our list when we were house shopping there the past year. It is one of the few neighborhoods with no HOA or any major assessments. LOW LOW LOW taxes compared to surrounding areas. I strongly recommend going to the county tax assessor website and pull up the tax bill at every house you are seriously looking at. That s the only real way to see the itemized assessments. They vary soooooooo much out there.

Since there is not an HOA in VR there is obviously not a community pool so we could not do it unless it had a pool in the backyard.....keep that in mind if you need/want a pool to cool off in during the hot summers
