I see it is east of Chula Vista... Is it high crime or a nice part of town? Expensive or reasonable rents? How far from the beach? Ect...

It's a pretty nice place.Doubt there are any gangs or crime rings in Bonita.Expensive-ish,but for the South Bay.Compare Bonita to say North County areas it should be cheaper.Bonita to IB,Coronado,MB,30,45,and 45 mins each.Not a lot of shopping or business in the are.Most of it is residential.Seems to lack a lot of amenities in my book;more to do,see,bye in Otay Ranch,Eastlake,Sunbow,RDR developments.

How much are you looking to pay for a month(if your renting)?The avg S.Bay rent in a decent complex or area is about 1,050 for a 1&1 and about 1275 for at least a 2&1 or some 2&2's.

That is not too excessive rent when you consider that the weather allows to save on heat and air cond....
