Regarding white collar Chinese/Korean, just locate the top school districts in the newest communities and you will find a large percentage of Chinese/Korean.

4S Ranch (92127) in Rancho Bernardo is one area that comes to mind. I think the Del Sur (92129) area in western PQ is another. Carmel Valley (92130) is a third.

Miramar/Mira Mesa is mostly Filipino as another poster mentioned.

Post to those who are bi-lingual= When those who come to American and who plan on permanently living in the USA, gain residency, citizenship, have children who are born on US soil: I strongly recommend that you embrace your opportunity, you appreciate this opportunity and accept your newly founded American way of life instead of fighting it, and wanting to hold on to your culture from where you ran away from.

America is the only country in the world that truly embraces everyone, provides opportunities for everyone, and will feed, and provide health insurance for everyone!

Welcome to America, enjoy your ethnic food, and remember why you came here and be thankful you made it.
