i am planning on moving to so cal and going to school next year and am having a tough time figuring out where i want to go. first of all, i have been attending kansas state university for about 4 years now and i cant afford out of state tuition at a university so i have narrowed it down to these colleges:

mt. san jacinto college
glendale community college
santa barbara city college
san diego city college
pasadena city college

i am a photography student and these were the ones that seem to have the best photo programs. what i am wanting to hear from you guys is any information on the quality of any of these schools, and also information about the areas they are in.

i lived in pomona for a few months a while ago..hated it so i spent most of my time in LA. i loved it there but i know that traffic is very annoying. i love the city but i also love the desert. i love warm weather and sunshine...hate cold and wind. i wouldnt mind living in the LA area again but i am just exploring my options and trying to figure out if san diego or the ie would but be better, worse, or just as good. i have only spent a couple of hours in san diego so i dont know much about it. a good environment for my concentration is very important.

i hope i posted enough background info. if not just lemme know and thanks for any random help you can provide!
