Linkedin and Indeed

Try to only apply for the positions posted in the last 3 days that you're a good fit for. If that's still too large of a list, then limit yourself to those posted in the last 24 hours and make it routine to apply to those daily. If it's still to large, then limit yourself to those with an "Easy Apply" option.

Yes, I agree ... its hit or miss for me sometimes but for the most part, Indeed and LinkedIn have worked the best for me.

I've tried CL but those seem to be the lowest paying jobs or the weirdo who's just scamming people ... I've never found anything I trust on that site.

I don’t frequent LinkedIn but indeed is probably a waste of time considering edjoin covers all the bases in education.

I’ve had three friends do the sub to permenant route. One my friends had a partial contract for 4 years before they were hired on at a full contract. All three had to pay their dues and be a regular at a district build a rapport with other teachers and the Principal- who I imagine will be the yea or nay if you get hired.

Thanks. yeah, I kinda figured this might be the route I have to go. Sounds like subbing and Lyfting might be what my year looks like until I can get hired LOL....ah well
