I don't cook every day. I might cook once a week, maybe even once a month. I cook a lot of food in advance and freeze it. If I was served a pre-made meal, I would walk out, and that would be the end of that guy. They're expensive, and I prefer my own cooking over those meals.

My grocery ads came yesterday - Pancho Villa has Roma tomatore 2lbs/$1.00, and North Park Produce has Roma tomatoes for $.49/lb.

I just think it's a neat little store.

Probably most girls would appreciate it more than guys.
Wouldn't that be the other way around? A guy probably would less likely cook, and therefore would buy more premade foods? In any case, the fact that their premade foods have no preservatives and no artificial flavors and colors makes it a lot better than what other places might be selling.

well about the part girls would appreciate it more--- i meant the layout of the store and the whole foods ISH look to it. It's sort of a 'boutique' store. As far as the pre-cooked meals, yes, def. guys appreciate that more haha, and I sure do! They are pretty decent meals, and way better than doing the fast food deal, saves a lot of time.

If Fresh and Easy is a boutique store, I wouldn't bother going in it. I don't go to Trader Joe's, Henry's or Whole Foods. I find better prices elsewhere, and save money by cooking and freezing. I can cook something in my crockpot overnight, and while I'm dividing that up to be frozen, be cooking something else in the oven. I can do this one day per month and get a lot of food cooked.

Not really.

They have pre-made gourmet meals made for you in these little containers that you can just throw in the microwave, it's like your mom just made you a nice dinner and it's leftovers. I love it. convenient little place. It's not like a regular supermarket at all. Pretty cool change from the mainstream spots. I recommend trying it out and seeing what you think. Very affordable prices on meats and vegetables, and very fresh.
ok, fair enough
