No, disorder is what would result if you were ever able to implement your policy of jailing 15% of The City's population for no good reason.

If my policy were enacted, the majority of that 15% would find a way to start behaving themselves, and furthermore, the rising generation would get the message before it became a problem.

WP does this on the CA forum as well, he start threads about homosexuality just about every week to incite "his cause" against homosexuality. Sometimes he's able to guise it very well, so well into the closet ... he is obsessed, a fanatic obsession that could only be brought upon by delusions derived from some archaic book.

Best to just ignore him and report him.

I think the last of these anti-fornication laws died in 1977. Which is a long way from the 17th century.
