I gave up Alviso for building my dream home because it's not worth to spend hard dollars on non-living area (ground floor) required by city building codes. I don't need overkill garage space in my home.

Alviso has alot of gang bangers and thugs living there it is a low income area and has the problems that go alone with that. And it is also under sea level and has had several floods over the years.
