Yes, parts of Renton feed into Issaquah schools. Some Renton addresses also feed into the Tahoma ( Maple Valley) district. Newcastle mostly feeds into the Issaquah district, but a smaller chunk feeds into the Renton district. But the best schools in the Renton district are in and near Newcastle.

Can you elaborate ? So far, everyone has been saying good things about Issaquah SD. The ratings of Elementary schools on greatschools is good as well.

I think you would be quite happy with Issaquah as a whole. It's a really nice community and the schools are great. Lots of new construction and young people with children. I have not heard one bad thing about the Issaquah School District but I guess everyone has their opinions. I dislike the Bellevue "top rated" school system... go figure. Not because it's not good but for other reasons. I have not heard very good things about the Kent school system but I honestly don't know anyone personally, just a rumor and chit chat among parents but look on greatschools.org for yourself and type in Kent School District. Those reviews on that website are from parents which can give you a starting point. Good luck!

I would be interested in knowing your reasons - just to get an insight if nothing else. Can you drop me a DM ?
